A dichotomy between the old and the new; the folkloric and the classical; the written and the improvised
In "Old New Here Everywhere" our [uan] duo meets clay artist Alvaro Escalona to explore a dialogue between sound and form. This new project blends the music of composers such as Bach and Debussy with the organic sounds of clay instruments, crafted and performed live.
Together, we aim to create a dynamic experience where classical music meets improvised, newly-formed sounds, offering the audience a journey that connects tradition and modern creativity. With this project, we invite our listeners to experience the fusion of music and sculpture.
